To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it, with all original tags attached. Please note that some items are not eligible for return.

No, due to state and local laws, we cannot ship pepper sprays and stun guns to all states. Each product listing will indicate any shipping restrictions. If you add a restricted item to your cart and we cannot ship it to your state, you will be unable to complete the purchase until the item is removed.
